Tony started his career in London in 2000 after college life in Dublin (LLB), Oxford (Postgrad Diploma in Land Law), followed by the Solicitors’ Legal Practice Course in Guildford. Having spent time at various local and regional law firms, government legal offices and PLC’s, Tony founded McNulty Fitzgerald Solicitors. Tony has a specialist knowledge of property registration/title issues having been a Senior Legal Adviser with the Northern Ireland Land Registry during 2013-16. He has “hands on” approach to all aspects of the conveyancing process. Tony works with all major lenders and banks. Our IT computer systems are connected to the Northern Ireland Land Registry Direct for instant title document information and downloads.
